1. The personal data collected and stored in the Company's databases are accessible to Ryan Costruzioni's employees and/or collaborators, i.e. the persons in charge of processing such data ("Data Processors").

PERIOD OF RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

With regard to personal data processed for the performance of contracts, they are kept for 10 years from the conclusion of the same, with the possibility of extending this period of time if their storage is necessary to ensure the protection of the prerogatives of Ryan Costruzioni, for example to handle any litigation and prevent abuse.
